Privacy Policy

This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you visit the www.bosnets.com website. As BosNets, we act in the capacity of data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. What data do we collect?

Contact form data. When you fill in the contact form on the site, we receive only the information you enter: full name, e-mail address and message content. You determine the content of all of these fields; no other personal data is requested in the form.

Closed test (tester) sign-up. When you fill in the form on the /indir page we receive your e-mail address. That address is added as a member of a Google Group so that you can access the closed test build of the app, and you are sent a single notification e-mail containing the invitation link. The form also uses bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), which collects a technical verification signal from your browser.

Technical records. The site generates standard server logs kept by the hosting infrastructure (IP address, browser type, request time). These records are stored temporarily by our infrastructure provider for security and debugging purposes; they are not used by us for marketing or profiling.

Measurement cookies. The site uses Google Analytics 4 in order to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. This tool places a measurement cookie (_ga) in your browser that links the steps of a single visit together. We use no advertising or remarketing cookies; the measurement data is not used for advertising and we do not attempt to identify you as an individual. You can block or delete the cookie from your browser settings; the site works without it. All other files on the site, including fonts, are served from our own domain.

2. For what purposes do we process your data?

  • To respond to your contact and demo requests,
  • To answer your questions about our products and, upon request, to schedule a meeting,
  • To maintain the security of the site and resolve technical issues.

Your data is not used for any purpose other than these; it is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Legal basis

The data you submit through the contact form is processed pursuant to KVKK art. 5/2-(c), as it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and pursuant to KVKK art. 5/2-(f), within the scope of our legitimate interest. Submitting your request is entirely at your own discretion.

4. With whom do we share your data?

We make use of a limited number of infrastructure providers in order to deliver the service:

  • Site hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. — serves the files of the site and keeps security logs.
  • Form delivery: Web3Forms — delivers the information you write in the contact form to us by e-mail.
  • E-mail: Google Workspace — our corporate e-mail correspondence is stored on this infrastructure.
  • Visitor measurement: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — processes page views, a truncated IP address and browser/device information for aggregate statistics.
  • Tester notification e-mail: Resend, Inc. (USA) — delivers the e-mail containing the closed-test invitation link to your address.
  • Closed test list: Google Groups / Workspace Directory (Google Ireland Ltd.) — your e-mail address is recorded as a member of the test group; access to the closed test build is granted through that membership.
  • Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies that a form submission was not made by a bot, collecting technical signals from your browser for that purpose.

The servers of these providers may be located abroad; your data may therefore be transferred abroad within the scope of KVKK art. 9. The providers process your data solely in order to provide services to us.

5. How long is your data retained?

Closed test sign-up. Your e-mail address is kept in the test group for the duration of the closed test period and is deleted when the test ends. If you wish to leave the list earlier, write to info@bosnets.com; your membership will be removed and your address deleted.

Messages you submit through the contact form are retained for a maximum of 3 years in order to conclude your request and to follow up on a possible commercial relationship. They are deleted at the end of this period, or at an earlier date upon your request. Technical server logs are kept for the retention periods of the infrastructure providers themselves.

6. Data security

The site is served over mandatory HTTPS for all visitors. Form data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to personal data is limited to the team members who need it in order to respond to the request. That said, we would like to remind you that no transmission made over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your rights under the KVKK

Pursuant to article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred, to request rectification if the data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request its erasure or destruction, to request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred, to object to a result arising against you through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems, and to demand compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

8. Children's privacy

This site is intended for corporate users and is not directed at persons under the age of 18. If you become aware that a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us; we will delete the data in question.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the "last updated" date above is changed. In the event of significant changes, a separate notice is also posted on the page.
