As BosNets, we act in the capacity of data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). ## 1. What data do we collect? **Contact form data.** When you fill in the contact form on the site, we receive only the information you enter: full name, e-mail address and message content. You determine the content of all of these fields; no other personal data is requested in the form. **Technical records.** The site generates standard server logs kept by the hosting infrastructure (IP address, browser type, request time). These records are stored temporarily by our infrastructure provider for security and debugging purposes; they are not used by us for marketing or profiling. **We do not use cookies.** This site contains no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. No third-party tracking code that follows your visit is used. All files on the site, including fonts, are served from our own domain. ## 2. For what purposes do we process your data? - To respond to your contact and demo requests, - To answer your questions about our products and, upon request, to schedule a meeting, - To maintain the security of the site and resolve technical issues. Your data is not used for any purpose other than these; it is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. ## 3. Legal basis The data you submit through the contact form is processed pursuant to KVKK art. 5/2-(c), as it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and pursuant to KVKK art. 5/2-(f), within the scope of our legitimate interest. Submitting your request is entirely at your own discretion. ## 4. With whom do we share your data? We make use of a limited number of infrastructure providers in order to deliver the service: - **Site hosting:** Cloudflare, Inc. — serves the files of the site and keeps security logs. - **Form delivery:** Web3Forms — delivers the information you write in the contact form to us by e-mail. - **E-mail:** Google Workspace — our corporate e-mail correspondence is stored on this infrastructure. The servers of these providers may be located abroad; your data may therefore be transferred abroad within the scope of KVKK art. 9. The providers process your data solely in order to provide services to us. ## 5. How long is your data retained? Messages you submit through the contact form are retained for a maximum of **3 years** in order to conclude your request and to follow up on a possible commercial relationship. They are deleted at the end of this period, or at an earlier date upon your request. Technical server logs are kept for the retention periods of the infrastructure providers themselves. ## 6. Data security The site is served over mandatory HTTPS for all visitors. Form data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to personal data is limited to the team members who need it in order to respond to the request. That said, we would like to remind you that no transmission made over the internet is 100% secure. ## 7. Your rights under the KVKK Pursuant to article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred, to request rectification if the data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request its erasure or destruction, to request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred, to object to a result arising against you through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems, and to demand compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing. Children's privacy This site is intended for corporate users and is not directed at persons under the age of 18. If you become aware that a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us; we will delete the data in question. ## 9. Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time.
