The cost of the system does not reduce to a single list price; it depends on how large a team is being equipped, how wide the site is, whether a dedicated closed network is required, and the scope of training and support. This page explains what shapes the quotation and which details will speed up the process when you get in touch. [Request a Quotation](/en/contact) ## What shapes the quotation? ### Hardware Every team member in the field needs one [BosMag](/en/bosmag) communication device; it attaches to the phone and becomes the carried node of the network. If the site is wide, if there are valleys and ridges in between, or if the coordination centre is far away, one or more [BosBase](/en/bosbase) relay stations are added. The number of devices is the most decisive item in the quotation. ### Software [BosApp](/en/bosapp) is the mobile interface for the team in the field and [BosLog](/en/boslog) is the desktop screen for the coordination centre. The number of field users and centre operators determines the scope on the software side. ### Network design When an organisation wants to run its own closed communication network, communication data is kept on the organisation’s own server and the organisation decides who may join. This design forms a separate item compared with working on shared infrastructure. ### Training and support Team training, field commissioning support and the technical support scope during the operation are stated separately in the quotation. ## Example configurations The scenarios below are *configuration* examples rather than prices: they show what a team of a given size typically needs. Yes. BosApp runs on both iOS and Android. The application is currently in closed testing: it is distributed through TestFlight for iPhone and iPad and through Google Play closed testing for Android. ### Do you support public tender and specification processes?
