## What you can write to us about

### Demo and field trial

Holding the devices and trying them in your own working area is the fastest way to evaluate them. Tell us the size of your team and the terrain you work in and we will bring a setup that matches it.

### Technical evaluation

We answer questions on range, battery life, coverage calculation, message encryption, logging and interoperability with your existing systems. We can work out together how many devices and relay stations your own scenario needs.

### Corporate and public procurement

You can request technical documentation and pricing for specification, proposal and tender processes. Let us know your internal evaluation timetable and we will plan around it.

### Pilot deployment and partnership

We can set up a limited pilot for a specific type of operation. This is how we work with search and rescue associations and with the occupational health and safety teams of energy distribution companies, industrial plants and construction sites.

## How the process works

### 1. First conversation

We talk about the size of your team, the terrain you work in and where your current communication method falls short. This usually takes half an hour, and by the end it is clear whether BosNets fits your operation. If it does not, we say so up front.

### 2. Field trial

We bring the devices to your own working area and your team uses them during a real exercise or an ordinary shift. How the range behaves on your terrain, how long messages take to arrive and what the coordination centre actually sees on screen can only be measured here.

### 3. Pilot and procurement

If the trial goes well we set up a pilot with a limited number of devices, then provide technical documentation, help with specification documents and pricing in line with your internal evaluation timetable. The records collected during the pilot let you show in numbers what the system contributed to your own operation.

Messages sent through the form land directly in our inbox; if something is urgent, the phone is the fastest route.
